Pre/Post Workout Recipe
ENERGY BITES
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (toasted)
3 Tbsp. super seed blend (chia, hemp, flax)
2 Tbsp. Cacao Nibs
Directions:
Mix ingredients until they are well combined and roll into 1” balls. Immediately refridgerate.
Yield: 16 energy bites
